Phil Stolarski

Elder

Phil Stolarski retired from CalTrans in 2021 after 37 years. He Is currently Senior Vice President at an engineering consulting firm. He and his wife, Cindy, have been at Arcade for 33 years. Phil has served on the Elder Board several times while at Arcade.

His favorite Bible verse is Philippians 1:6 and his best memory at Arcade is baptizing his daughters. Phil’s favorite thing to do is spend time with his family, eat at Bella Bru, and he loves to vacation in Pacific Grove/Monterey Bay.
