Iglesias del Oeste exists to train, equip, mobilize, and care for healthy Christian leaders who are actively advancing the Gospel in their communities, nations, and to the ends of the earth.

Led by founders Jim and Annie Culp, the ministry leverages over 30 years of combined experience in local church pastorate and Global missions leadership.

Our Mission in Action:

• Multinational Training: We provide vital leadership training in over a dozen nations, translating resources into Spanish, Arabic, English, and various indigenous languages. We currently are training over 1,000 church leaders across 4 continents.

• Strategic Mobilization: We mobilize leaders across 15 nations, including the groundbreaking work of sending Spanish-speaking missionaries into the highly unreached African 10/40 Window.

The Culps are celebrating over 30 years of marriage and are blessed with three married children (Daniel & Danielle, Benjamin & Sara, and Kate & Jorge) and two grandsons (James and Andrew).
