The Law Enforcement Chaplaincy Sacramento and Law Enforcement Community Services (LECS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization which began in 1977. LECS is dependent upon the support of the community (i.e., individuals, businesses, churches and others) to maintain 24/7/365 operations. We provide crisis and trauma response to law enforcement, first responders, their families, and the community and all of our services are FREE.

Community Chaplains are called out by officers to attend to family members, neighbors, by-standers, classmates, co-workers and the community at large following a traumatic event or the death of a loved one and provide on-scene crisis intervention emergency services.
